When I gifted it to my girlfriend, she immediately noticed it wasn’t a name brand, leading to a flurry of questions about who Bob and Brad are and where their products are made. In hindsight, I wish I had spent a little more for a name brand to avoid her complaints.
As for the product itself, I found only a few minor drawbacks. It doesn’t feel as heavy or solid as the name brands, but it performs just as well. One aspect I would change is the speed adjuster on the back, which is a bit underwhelmingâitâs just a single press-and-hold button that cycles through numbers 1 to 5 on a somewhat cheap-looking seven-digit display. On the plus side, it comes in a nice case and includes several attachments that all work effectively.
