I was eagerly anticipating the arrival of my foot massager today and couldn’t wait to try it out after work. It was incredibly simple to use—just plug it in and choose your intensity: low, medium, or high. I began with the low setting to gauge the pressure since I’m a server and spend over 8 hours on my feet every day, resulting in constant foot pain. I also deal with plantar fasciitis. This massager exceeded my expectations! It provided excellent relief, focusing particularly on my heels, which are my most painful spots. The low setting was a gentle introduction to the experience, as the massager tightly squeezes your feet while kneading the bottoms with rolling balls. I experimented with all three levels and found that the highest setting delivered the best relief for me. After years of ignoring my foot pain, this massager is just what I needed! My feet already feel so much better. While I won’t claim to be ready for a dance party just yet—given my chronic foot pain—I can confidently say my discomfort has decreased significantly. And this is just after one day of use for about 10 minutes! I wholeheartedly recommend this foot massager! ❤️
Update:
After using it daily this week, I’ve found that the medium knead setting works best for me. The highest level is quite intense and sometimes a bit too much. I’ve also discovered that if I lean slightly left or right during the squeezes, it targets different areas of my foot. Plus, adjusting my feet forward or backward changes the kneading spot as well. Overall, I’m really enjoying this massager and learning how to tailor it to my needs. It’s definitely worth the investment! ❤️

The rolling and kneading feature only targets the midfoot and heel, leaving the toes and the padding underneath feeling left out. To get around this, I work on the back half of my foot and then slide it down to the kneading area for the front. The heat and vibration provide relief to the entire foot, though it’s a bit inconvenient to use it this way. However, it does alleviate my foot pain afterward. The squeezing pressure is impressive and can become quite tight; if you’re sensitive to tightness, it’s best to set it to medium instead of high. The machine is user-friendly, and while it does produce noticeable noise, it’s not excessively loud. Overall, it’s a decent product since returning it isn’t an option for me.
