UPDATE: The manufacturer reached out to me and informed me that a new cover couldn’t be sent. However, they quickly provided me with a new massager at no cost, which I greatly appreciate. Their customer service is excellent, and this new unit came with an additional wrap for extra protection over the massage heads. While I’m disappointed about having to discard the old product due to safety concerns, I’m happy to have my massager back!
I’ve been using this product regularly to alleviate muscle tension, but my frequent use caused a hole to form in the cover. Without it, the massager becomes uncomfortable and tends to tangle in hair and clothing. I reached out to the manufacturer twice for a replacement cover but haven’t received a response yet. I’ll update again if I hear back.
