Pros: This device delivers excellent pressure and speed, providing a great sensation on muscles and pressure points. I could easily use it for hours, which might not be the best idea, but it conveniently times out and shuts off. I’ve used it on my back, neck, legs, and forearms.
Cons: I’m not a fan of the heat feature, so I have to turn it off each time. Additionally, I’ve noticed some cracking sounds, and the red LEDs that indicate heating have started to detach. I just unzipped it and shook them out, and I might just remove them entirely since I’m not interested in the heat (lol).
-1 star for the LEDs; if I were more concerned, it would be -2. (added pic)

This product is fantastic! I loved it so much that I ordered a second one as a backup since I use it daily. I apply it all over my body, especially after long 12-hour shifts when my feet are sore. I simply place it on the ground and rest my feet on it, and it feels amazing. I also use an extension cord to bring it to bed, propping myself up with pillows to target different areas of my back. It supports my weight perfectly and provides an excellent massage! I even use it on my hands and arms. After workouts, I use it on any sore muscles. This massager is incredibly effective and more affordable than many other massage pillows!

Its portability allows for easy positioning for optimal massage, and it even includes a car plug for use on the go. Keep in mind that it needs to be plugged in, as it’s not rechargeable.

Instead of relief, it caused discomfort in my neck and the back of my head. The design, which I expected to be pillow-like, turned out to be made of firm plastic, making it impossible to position it correctly on my neck. Every time I tried to place it in the right spot, it would slide up and hit the back of my head, leading to days of pain. As someone prone to headaches and migraines, this was especially frustrating. If you’re hoping for something comfortable to lean against, this is not it. After just one use, I decided I wouldn’t attempt to use it again. Now I need to contact customer service for a resolution, but I anticipate I’ll have to return it at my own expense, which feels unfair. It seems like I’m going to lose $7 or $8 just to ship it back, which is frustrating! I wish I had never bought this. I also miss the old Amazon return policies, where they would cover return shipping for items like this or even offer refunds without requiring a return for smaller items. Now I’m hesitant to purchase anything from Amazon, despite having been a frequent buyer.
